Q: How do I get a water concurrency letter - which is needed by the County to get a building permit?
A: You need to visit our office and provide the subdivision and lot number where you intend to build. We will check our records to ensure that all applicable fees have been paid. If not, you will need to pay any necessary impact fees needed for the development. If the construction involves a large home or commercial development, we will need to review the construction plans and also review your engineers water demand calculations.

A: Please call our office or visit our Public Information Page. Water hardness may vary throughout the season and also varies depending on what water sources are used to feed your home or business. As such, we may give you a range of values rather than an exact one. You can also find water hardness information on ourĀ Water Hardness Page.
