Titles are constantly changing on properties within Mountain Regional Water District. Our staff receives numerous calls from Title Companies requesting pay-off or other information. And it takes us some time to get the meters checked. To help facilitate this process, we request that you use this form to help us process these requests.
You may also leave a message on our voice-mail system by calling us at 435-940-1916, and we will process your request as soon as possible. Please give us at least 48 hours notice before closings for us to process your request. Please provide as much information as possible below, so that we can respond to you in a more rapid and efficient manner. Also - PLEASE call before closing and check to see if a payment has been made!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Any shortages will be charged to the BUYERS Account!
Please have the new owner fill out the Water Service Agreement and return it with the check. THE ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE TRANSFERRED without the Water Service Agreement. You may also leave a voice mail message at our office by calling 435-940-1916.
