The District has been notified by the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District (WBWCD), that in response to the ongoing, historic drought conditions within the greater Weber Basin drainage, outdoor watering restrictions are likely this summer.
As a result of the District's water supply contracts with Weber Basin, any reductions mandated by WBWCD will also trigger Mountain Regional Water's Drought Response Plan. The Mountain Regional Water Administrative Control Board will be conducting their monthly meeting on Thursday April 21st and one discussion will be to determine the District’s Drought Level for summer watering restrictions. Additional information will be posted here after that meeting.
Thank you for your efforts to help preserve your precious resources.
