If you would like to be a Mountain Regional Water customer but are not currently within our District boundaries you can possibly get your parcel annexed into the District. The steps are all outlined in the flow chart you can download below.
Please contact the customer service department with your Tax ID number to find out if you are already part of the District.
Annexation Flow Process
An Annexation can be a longer process as it requires several review steps, including approval by the Summit County Council and final approval and signature by the Lt. Governor. Please plan accordingly as this is one of the very first steps to becoming a part of the District.
Mountain Regional Water Special Service District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
