MRW Customer Alert System Overview
We have launched a new Mass Notification service that allows us to alert you. Using contact information from your MRW customer account, we will be alerting you to emergency outages, scheduled outages, pressure issue, etc.. If you wish to change or would like to review the contact information we have for you, simply sign up here at our MRW Member Portal. Here you can review and update contact information and subscribe to notifications you care about based on your location. The information you provide is protected and will not be used for any other purpose.
How It Works
When we issue a notification about an emergency leak, outage, pressure issue, etc.. you will receive a message on the voice or text communication methods that you have selected. After receiving the notification, you may or may not be asked for confirmation, depending on the severity of the issue. If you are asked for confirmation and confirm that you have received the message, you will not be contacted by any subsequent methods regarding that particular notification. If you do not confirm, the Everbridge system will continue to attempt to reach you at all of the contact paths we have for you.

Create an account and review or update your contact and location information into the Customer Alert System. All information you provide will be kept strictly confidential.
Stop Receiving Notifications
You can stop receiving at any time by removing your contact information from your profile.
