Mountain Regional Water Special Service District is seeking a qualified Accounting and Finance Manager. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting and a minimum of 5 years accounting and/or finance experience. Active CPA license or MBA preferred as well as governmental accounting experience. This is a full-time position with benefits including health and dental insurance, state retirement, flexible work schedule and a casual office environment. Our crews will be shutting down water service to the lower section of Aspen Drive in Summit Park between 9am and 5pm on Thursday February 1, 2018. The specific portion of Aspen Drive that will be affected is from the Kilby Road intersection up to Aspen Lane intersection. Our crews will be working on a issue located in that stretch of roadway. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and will work diligently to keep this interruption to a minimum.

We are working in conjunction with Rocky Mountain Power to upgrade a facility in this area but due to the extensive nature of the work we will be unable maintain our normal operations over night. MRWSSD will make every effort to minimize the length of time the water is restricted. Occasionally there are unexpected difficulties that may extend the shut down time or may cause the work to be cancelled and/or postponed. If the work is rescheduled, MRWSSD will send out a notice with new date(s) and times.

Mountain Regional Water Special Service District is accepting applications for full-time Seasonal Maintenance and Repair Operator positions from approximately June 1 through August 31. Applicants must be 16 years of age and possess a valid Utah Driver’s License. Positions will require considerable physical outdoor activity. Applicants must have the ability to perform manual tasks for sustained periods of time. Hourly wage $13.00 - $17.00. Mountain Regional Water is a drug free workplace.
