Gov. Spencer J. Cox's Executive Order Declaring a State of Emergency Due to Drought Conditions
With 90% of the state experiencing extreme drought and 100% in the moderate drought category, Gov. Spencer J. Cox issued an Executive Order declaring a state of emergency due to drought conditions.
Mountain Regional Water Special Service District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
