Public notice is hereby given that the Administrative Control Board of the Mountain Regional Water Special Service District, Summit County, Utah, will meet in regular public session to receive public comment on the adoption of the 2021-2025 Western Summit County Project Master Agreement Regional Water Supply Rate for water delivered to the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District. The Administrative Control Board of the Mountain Regional Water Special Service District intends to adopt the proposed Regional Water Supply Rate.
Mountain Regional Water Retail Customers will NOT have any changes to their existing water rates.
